Floral Essence

I am in love with  the Perennial Essence Designer Series Paper. Each design on BOTH sides of the paper is fabulous! The Stampin' Up! artist who designed this paper studied Monet paintings and made them in the Impressionist style. I love how in the annual catalog it is displayed with just the designer paper in frames, nothing else. You can see it on pages 106-108 in the 2019-20 Annual Catalog. I cased this card from Nancy Hoetker in Australia. Isn't Pinterest awesome for cardmaking?

We started with a 5 1/2 X 11" Flirty Flamingo cardstock base. Then we layered a 4 X 5 1/4" piece of designer series paper. Then, with a 2 X 4 Flirty Flamingo card stock, punched a banner end with the Banner Triple Punch. We stamped the sentiment with Mossy Meadow ink, close to the banner end, leaving room for the flowers. We stamped the flowers from Floral Essence 4 times in Calypso Coral ink onto Whisper White cs and colored them with Light and Dark Flirty Flamingo Stampin' Blends and punched them out with the Perennial Flower Punch.  We used a bone folder to slightly curl the petals up and down. Then stamped the flower centers with Daffodil Delight and punched them out with the 1/2" circle punch. We adhered them to the flowers with snail and attached the flowers to the banner with dimensionals. On an additional card, I added the fuzzy Perennial Essence Floral Centers, it adds so much texture!

Have you noticed the new addition to the catalog, you can purchase the entire suite of products with one item number! You get the stamp set and coordination punch with the 10% bundle discount, plus one of each of the other items in the suite. Saves so much time! #152166
